DESCRIPTIONS AND AUTHENTICITY

ON PAPER guarantees the authenticity and completeness of every item and will try to clearly note any defect.
ON PAPER agrees to carefully describe the condition of the items for sale and to provide any information in its possession that may be useful to the customer to evaluate a purchase.

STOCK

Since the availability of articles changes constantly, if for any reason ON PAPER were unable to sell a product or if there were a discrepancy between real and helpful site details when placing an order, the customer would be notified of the situation as soon as possible and if the payment had already happened, this would be reimbursed in full.
It is therefore preferable to write an email to info@onpaperstore.com before ordering to verify the possibility to purchase or to acquire product details.
Otherwise, ON PAPER is not able to guarantee that they can complete your order.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All payments and invoices will be processed in Euro (EUR).
Postage and insurance are not included.
We support the following payment methods:
-PayPal
-Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the gateway of the Paypal page, it’s not necessary to be registered with Paypal in order to pay.
-Bank transfers in Euro. Please contact us for details on how to pay by this method
-Cash if item is collected.

All purchases must be paid for in full before shipping or within 14 days after receipt of invoice.
All items remain the property of ON PAPER until payment has been made in full.
Every purchase will include a valid receipt.
We do not charge VAT. Therefore there will be no VAT on the invoice.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

ON PAPER has the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at its own discretion.
ON PAPER is not obligated to provide any explanation in this regard.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Shortly after placing an order the customer will receive a confirmation email from ON PAPER.
When the order is delivered the customer will also be sent a second email with the tracking code.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the order and will be calculated exactly in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.
ON PAPER will protect shipments with utmost care and suitable materials in order to ensure its customers receive the goods in the best possible condition.
ON PAPER only uses trustworthy certified couriers (Dpd, Dhl or Ups).
Upon request ON PAPER can also send items under 2Kg via registered airmail which is cheaper and usually also exempt from any customs duties.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, the customer will receive confirmation by email when shipped.
In case of special requests regarding shipment date simply send an email with the necessary information to info@onpaperstore.com.
Orders are normally processed on regular working days from Monday to Friday.
All shipments are fully traceable and require a signature upon delivery at the specified address.
Any insurance costs for purchases over 250 Euros are charged to the customer.
Where possible ON PAPER is pleased to send the parcel using a faster service if customer so requires. Also it is possible for the customer to arrange shipping with their own courier.
If so it is necessary to send us an email beforehand about the details.
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment and the payment will be fully refunded.
However, if your order has already been dispatched then the normal procedures apply.
Shipments are made from Italy.

DELIVERY

For deliveries by courier the approximate time scales are as follows:
ITALY 1-3 business days
EUROPE 2-5 business days
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 2-7 business days

For deliveries by registered air mail the approximate time scales are as follows:
ITALY 3-5 business days
EUROPE 5-10 business days
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 8-15 business days

Deliveries usually arrive on schedule however, ON PAPER isn’t able to guarantee the estimated delivery times indicated.
ON PAPER aims to ship within one working day of receipt of an order but we cannot guarantee this.
If the customer needs an expedited delivery we recommend prior verification of on paper’s shipping schedule.
Orders sent outside Europe can be delayed due to customs inspections.
If an order has not been received by the estimated date of delivery, is possible to send an e-mail to info@onpaperstore.com
ON PAPER will investigate the matter and respond within 12 hours.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

All international orders will usually be classified as "printed matter" and should not be subject to any customs duties, however this cannot in any way be guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties.
Any additional amount or any local taxes in the country of the buyer will be the customer's sole responsibility and not on paper’s.
It is recommended that customers residing outside the European Union acquaint themselves with their country’s respective taxes and duties prior to placing an order.
ON PAPER is always available to provide support and suggest the best solution.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

The customer has the right to cancel their purchase by informing us within ten (10) days of receipt of their order.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Shipping charges as well as any charges at customs clearance must be paid by the buyer.
It is mandatory that the method of return is not dissimilar to that of sending.
The customer is responsible for the care of the goods until acceptance of delivery and it is advisable to generously protect the package to prevent damage in transit.
Before returning a purchase it is absolutely necessary to send an e-mail to: info@onpaperstore.com
In the response the relevant information for return will be given.
Merchandise returned without prior arrangements can therefore be rejected.
The refusal to accept the delivery of an order follows a different procedure, in such a case, the customer will be asked to pay 30 euros in addition to shipping costs.
The refund will be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods and will not include, as indicated, delivery charges; these will be reimbursed only if there are significant defects not mentioned in the description of the article.
ON PAPER is not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.

LIBRARIES AND INSTITUTIONS

Libraries, Museums and Institutions may arrange deferred billing on request.
They can also enquire about other types of payments.

LAW

For all rights, obligations, orders and agreements including these conditions, Italian law is exclusively applicable.
Any disputes which may arise between buyer and ON PAPER will be heard by the competent Italian court.

EXPORT LICENCES

Regarding export outside Italy current Italian law applies.
